Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets and spins are placed and settled at Harry's Casino, and how we handle interrupted rounds, bonus funds and live tables. They sit alongside our terms and conditions and the rules shown inside each game.

General rules that apply to all play
These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us and apply each time you stake real money or bonus funds on our site. Where a particular game sets out rules of its own, those rules also apply to that game.
- One account per player. You may hold one account with us. Play from duplicate accounts may be voided and winnings from them withheld.
- 18+ only. Our games are for adults aged 18 or over who are allowed to gamble where they are.
- Verification. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of our players, so we may ask you for documents before certain payments are processed.
- Real money and bonus funds. Your balance may hold both. Unless a game or promotion says otherwise, stakes come from your real-money balance first and bonus funds are used once it is empty.
- Bets are final. Once a bet, spin or hand is confirmed it cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, including where you meant to stake a different amount.
- Your connection and device. You are responsible for the device, software and connection you play on. A slow or dropped connection does not change the result of a round already placed.
Check the stake you have selected before you confirm it. Autoplay and repeat-bet features keep placing bets at the settings you last chose until you stop them.
How bets and spins are settled
Every round is run and recorded on the game server. The result held on that server decides what the round pays and is final, even where your screen, browser or app shows something different because of a display fault or a lost connection.
Each game carries its own rules, paytable and payout information. These set out the winning combinations, the conditions for any feature or jackpot, and the minimum and maximum stake for that game. Please go through them before you play a game for the first time.
Games run on a random number generator produce independent results. Earlier rounds, the size of your stake and the time you spend in a game do not change the odds of the next result. The return to player figure is shown in each game's information panel; it is a long-term theoretical average across very large numbers of rounds and does not predict what a single session will return.
| What you are looking for | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Winning combinations and payouts | The paytable in the game's own help screen |
| Return to player figure | The game information panel inside the game |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The betting controls in the game and the limits shown in your account |
| Feature, bonus round and jackpot conditions | The rules section of that game |
Malfunctions, errors and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or jackpot does not work as intended, any result, payment or balance change caused by the fault is void and we will return your account to the position it was in before the affected round.
- Obvious errors. Where a game shows an incorrect result, paytable or balance, the records held on the game server are used to settle the round.
- Disconnections. If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the round continues on the server. When you next open the game it will either resume where it stopped or show the settled result, and any win is paid to your balance.
- Unfinished rounds. Some games keep an incomplete round open for a period set out in that game's rules. Rounds left uncompleted are settled on the server in line with those rules.
- Suspected interference. Where we have reason to believe a round was affected by software that automates or alters play, we may void the round and look into the account.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other rewards are governed by the terms of the promotion they came from, together with our general bonus terms. Those terms set out how long a bonus lasts, what you need to do to release it and which balance is used first.
- Maximum bet. While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per spin or round applies, as shown in the promotion terms. Bets above it may be void and winnings from them removed.
- Game contributions. Games count towards a wagering requirement at different rates and some are excluded. The contribution table in the promotion terms shows which games count and by how much.
- Restricted play. Low-risk or hedged betting, such as covering nearly all outcomes on a table game to clear a requirement, is not permitted while bonus funds are in play.
- Withdrawals. If you withdraw while a wagering requirement is open, remaining bonus funds and winnings tied to them may be removed, as explained in the promotion terms.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer in a studio and run to the pace of the table. Each table has a help screen covering the rules of that game, the side bets offered and the stake range in use.
- Dealer decisions. The decisions of the dealer and the studio on the conduct of a round are final, including calls on the position of cards, chips or the ball.
- Late bets. Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting window. Chips placed after the window closes are not accepted and are returned to your balance.
- Misdeals and mistakes. Where a card is exposed, a spin is void or a round cannot be completed fairly, the studio may void the round and stakes are returned.
- Seats and inactivity. Your seat may be released if you do not place a bet for a period, so that other players can join.
- Table chat. Chat is moderated, and abusive messages to a dealer or other players may lead to chat being withdrawn or the account suspended.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you believe a bet or spin has been settled incorrectly, contact us on live chat or by e-mail at support@casino-harrys.co.uk. So that we can look into it quickly, please include:
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
- The round or game reference shown in the game history or in your account.
- The stake, the result you saw and the result you expected.
We will check the server records for the round and come back to you with what they show. That record is the deciding record in any question about a result. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including referral to an alternative dispute resolution service at no cost to you.
